Who we are looking for:

An ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales and account management experience in the commercial electronic security industry, including: Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercom, Parking and Intrusion Systems. Responsibilities Prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients. Focus on designing and selling access control, video surveillance, intercom, parking and intrusion systems. Track and report on the status of all proposal components. Engage technical expertise as needed during pre-sales. Prepare quotes and proposals for clients. Collaborate with other business units within the company to achieve annual and quarterly goals. Attend customer opportunity/strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for the company and customer. Attend and/or present at client-related or industry-related trade shows Work with peers to advise and recommend future technology and services. Ensure that proposed solutions are valid and meet customer specifications. Work closely with Vendors/Partners to keep up to date with current and future technologies. Maintain a high level of industry awareness through training and self-development. Ensure customer satisfaction by following new sales through the entire process. Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and are consistent with Core Values. Typical Hours 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Travel Required Occasionally.

Compensation Expected first-year total compensation:

Legally eligible to work in the United States. Skills & Competencies Ability to design in-depth technical solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to engage and effectively interact with people from many different disciplines. Excellent written communication skills.
