Job Description
We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented Fire Sprinkler Technician. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and a good communicator. This important position will establish rapport and build positive relationships with our customers.
- Job•Responsibilities•+ Responsible for water-based inspections, installations, and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge and Foamsystems.
+ Responsible foridentifying trouble areas and performing service in an efficient and professional manner to ensure that sprinkler systems areoperating properly. + Sprinkler and Backflow Systems Installation, Repair, & Service. + Install/hang sprinkler systems and their components per NFPA and engineering guidelines. + Install or replace wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems as needed. + Repair and/or replace all sprinkler systems components. . + Perform disassembly, repair, and installation of sprinkler and backflow valves (once receiving license).Perform inspection of wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.
Job Requirements:
+ 1-3 years field experience in Fire Sprinkler and Backflow systems service. + Must possess a state Sprinkler License, NICET Certificationand/or Backflow License. + Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements. Preferred Qualifications + 3-5 years of proven success in performance of Sprinkler inspection, installation, and service isservice is highlypreferred.
