This role is essential in providing expert support for diagnosing, servicing, and occasionally installing low voltage systems. The technician will primarily focus on fire alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance equipment, helping ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Fire Alarm Service Technician Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low voltage systems including fire alarms, access control, and CCTV/video surveillance. Assist with the installation of conduit, wiring, and related devices for low voltage systems. Accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing updates and explaining solutions as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with internal departments to support project needs and customer requests.
