• Program and integrate advanced systems, from lighting and networking to security, audio/video, and thermostat control. Solve and Innovate
• Troubleshoot systems with precision and create seamless user experiences. Lead the Client Experience
• Deliver white-glove service, train homeowners, and ensure every system feels effortless. Drive Incremental Sales
• Proactively identify opportunities and deliver strategic product and service recommendations that maximize client value. Own Your Craft
• Work hands-on with residential home automation, lighting, security, surveillance, A/V systems, and much more.

What You Bring to the Table 4+ years in smart home automation programming. Comprehensive experience with networking, security, lighting, and A/V systems An optimistic growth mindset with the ability to demonstrate strong initiative in identifying opportunities and tackling challenges A knack for problem-solving, precision, and high-end client interaction.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in tight, confined spaces (e.g. attics, crawl spaces, closets).

Candidates:

Must NOT have a criminal record history. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License with good driving history. Must be able to pass MVR, background check, and drug screen.
