We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join the Bulldog team!
Responsibilities will include:
- Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential security alarm systems.
- Upselling during the installation process
- Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.
- Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.
- Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.
- Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.
Requirements are:
- Residential Alarm Installation & Service Experience
- Previous sales experience (upselling)
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job.
- Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision.
- Ability to pass a required background check
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation What you will receive:
