Alarm Technician Dynamic Control Systems, LLC Savannah, GA Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems in residential and commercial settings across the Southeast region. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Alarm Technician will also be involved in sales activities related to alarm systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Responsibilities Install and configure alarm systems, including wiring and programming of devices. Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues with existing alarm systems. Utilize remote access software to diagnose and resolve system problems remotely. Provide technical support to customers via telecommunication methods. Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate alarm solutions. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installations. Use power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Stay updated on new technologies and trends in alarm systems and security solutions. Experience Proven experience in installing and servicing alarm systems is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and repair equipment as needed. Familiarity with locksmithing principles is a plus. Proficiency in electrical work related to alarm system installations. Experience in alarm system sales is advantageous but not required.
