Fire Alarm Technician Antaean Technology LLC 200 Medical Lane, Canton, GA 30114 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in alarm system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety and security of our clients through effective alarm system solutions. Duties Install, maintain, and repair various types of alarm systems, including fire alarms and security systems. Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing alarm systems. Perform construction inspections to verify that installations meet safety codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and inspections for compliance purposes. Travel to in and out of state job sites. Learn programming. Experience Proven experience in alarm system installation, maintenance, or related field service roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use tools such as voltmeters effectively. Familiarity with NFPA standards and regulations as they pertain to alarm systems. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is essential. Programming.
