Lead Low Voltage Alarm and Access Technician Livewire Innovative Technologies Inc. Dallas, GA 30132 We are a low voltage technology company in Dallas, GA looking for a local technician with at least 3 years experience. Ideal candidates will live within a 20 mile radius from Dallas, GA. Prior experience or expertise in one or more of the following fields is necessary and experience in all or most of the following fields is preferred: security alarm, CCTV, access control, or fire alarm, . Qualified candidates will be familiar with access control systems, including the installations of door strikes, maglocks, card readers, and panels. Applicants should have familiarity with programing access control panels and a firm understanding of relay logic. CCTV experience includes analog camera systems, digital over coax camera systems, and IP camera systems. Technicians should have a grasp of installing and aiming cameras, crimping BNC connectors and installing RJ45 connectors. An applicant should have basic understanding of IP networks and familiarity with port forwarding for IP camera systems. Qualified candidates will be familiar with intrusion security systems, including the installation of window contact, door contacts, wireless contacts, motion detectors, keypads, cellular communicators, and security panels. Applicants should have experience programing security systems. Our technicians regularly install Fire alarm systems and will be familiar with installing pull stations, smoke detectors, duct detectors, tampers, horns / strobes, and be familiar with NAC circuits and SLC circuits. Applicant should have reliable transportation. Applicant needs to have a flexible schedule based on workload. Weekend work is infrequent but occasionally necessary.
