Security System Installer 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Augusta, GA 30909 Job Summary We are working with a client in Augusta who is looking for skilled security systems installers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security systems, including surveillance, fire alarms, and CCTV installations. This role requires a proactive approach to detecting vulnerabilities and implementing effective security measures to protect our facilities and assets. The Security Engineer will work closely with various teams to ensure the integrity of our security systems and contribute to the overall safety of our operations. Duties Install and service security systems including CCTV, fire alarms, and low voltage systems. Conduct regular inspections and testing of security equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Analyze schematics and technical drawings related to security system installations. Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Requirements Proven experience in alarm system installation and service, fire systems, CCTV, access control, low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting (Minimum 2 years) Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, fire alarm systems, and low voltage installations. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Ability to lift up to 70lbs Ability to work in crawl spaces Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
