The Alarm Technician will also engage with clients to provide exceptional service and support. Duties Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct thorough inspections of existing systems to detect issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to design effective alarm system layouts. Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Perform construction inspections to ensure that installations meet safety regulations. Work with fire sprinkler fitting as needed to integrate alarm systems effectively. Provide training and support to clients on the operation of their alarm systems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician in the alarm or security industry is preferred. Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics related to low voltage systems. Knowledge of system design principles for effective alarm installation.
