• Install, configure, and service Resideo security alarm systems and Hikvision CCTV solutions
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S.—no two days are the same!
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues on-site, ensuring rapid response and total customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed, organized records of all work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes, schedules, and project timelines What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  Proficiency with Resideo alarm panels (formerly Honeywell) and Hikvision cameras/DVR/NVR platforms

• Attitude:

  Self-motivated, highly organized, “can-do” mindset

• Clean Records:

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history; pass a criminal background check

• Adaptability:
