Full-time Position Overview Next Level Technician is urgently hiring experienced Access Control/CCTV Technicians for a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a major security rollout in Charlotte, NC. Work will involve multiple commercial and industrial sites, with future projects across the Winston and Charlotte regions. We are especially seeking candidates located near Mooresville NC , to accommodate flexibility across both cities. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot Access Control and CCTV systems Install door hardware including magnetic locks, card readers, electric strikes, and request-to-exit (REX) devices Interpret and work from access control and security system blueprints Work across commercial and industrial environments including schools, hospitals, offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and more Perform basic system programming and commissioning (preferred, not required) Requirements Minimum 2 years of commercial low-voltage installation experience Proficiency with Access Control and CCTV systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Working knowledge of telecom and data networks Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as

BICSI , OSHA 10/30
