In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers
What You’ll Do:
Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork Must be detail-oriented, capable of following technical instructions, and safety-conscious Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions
