The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and servicing Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control, and CCTV systems. This individual will lead installations, service calls, and system integrations across a variety of commercial sites, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, program, and service commercial IDS, CCTV, and Access Control systems. Lead project installations and oversee field technicians when required. Troubleshoot and repair security system components with minimal supervision. Ensure projects are completed on time and to customer specifications. Maintain clear communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Travel to job sites as needed (local and regional). Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and systems installed. Adhere to all safety and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with IDS, Access Control, and CCTV systems. Working knowledge of the following systems:

IDS:
DMP, Bosch, Radionics CCTV:
Verint, Milestone, Hanwha Access Control:

RS2 Technologies, DSX, DMP FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel) knowledge is a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel as required for projects. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry certifications related to low-voltage systems, security, or electronics. Previous leadership or team lead experience on commercial job sites.

Compensation:

$25.00 – $30.00 hr. depending on experience

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the Team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The Team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The Team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
