Whether you’re experienced or looking to train in a new trade, this is an opportunity to grow your career and make a real impact in your community. $22-$32/hour, based on experience What You’ll Do Our Service Technician will primarily troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing systems, ensuring reliability and performance. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers on a daily basis, making strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Key responsibilities:

+ Install and configure electronic security, fire, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and network-based intercom systems + Service and troubleshoot systems to resolve performance issues + Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance + Educate customers on system functionality, features, and service needs + Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering helpful solutions + Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed + Uphold high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care

What You’ll Need Qualifications:

+ Valid driver’s license with good driving record + Proficiency with low voltage install, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and intercom systems a plus + Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + OSHA 10 and/or NICET certification a plus + Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends and travel within the Rochester region
