Full Job Description About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our Technical Services team. If you have a passion for security systems, networking, and delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic security systems, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and fire/life safety systems Work with leading security platforms (Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, Brivo, Verkada, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with industry cabling standards (structured cabling, fiber optics, low-voltage systems) Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years in electronic security system installation & maintenance

Technical Skills:

Networking, IP-based devices, cabling, and troubleshooting Certifications (Preferred):

CCTV:

Avigilon, Genetec, or Milestone Access Control:

Lenel, Brivo, S2, or similar

Intrusion Detection:

DMP, Bosch, or Honeywell Fire Alarm:

NICET or equivalent

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities

Physical Requirements:
