Key Responsibilities Install, program, and maintain intrusion alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and fire alarms. Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. Perform structured cabling and complete physical installations of system hardware. Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade existing systems as needed. Perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration, etc.) Perform on site installations of software upgrades and major modifications. Perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration, etc.) Provide demonstrations and client training after installation. Adhere to all relevant codes, safety regulations, and company procedures. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience installing and servicing security systems. Strong working knowledge in access control systems , including wiring, configuration, and device installation. Proficient in DMP systems, including networking and system diagnostics. Experience with CCTV platforms and IP-based camera systems. Able to read technical diagrams and blueprints. Proficient with power tools and diagnostic/test equipment. Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work independently or within a team. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. You must be able to look at problems with a positive can do attitude while providing excellent customer service. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus.
