Our expertise includes intrusion detection, burglar alarms, fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, audio/video, and structured cabling . Position Overview We are seeking a Security Service Technician with experience in intrusion alarms and video surveillance . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to install, service, and maintain security systems for commercial and industrial clients. A Massachusetts D license is preferred . Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot intrusion alarm and video surveillance systems . Diagnose and repair security system components. Perform system testing, programming, and configuration to ensure proper operation. Work with clients to provide technical support and training on installed systems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and best practices. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Requirements Massachusetts D license is preferred . Strong working knowledge of intrusion alarm systems and video surveillance equipment . Troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs . Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation . High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in low-voltage systems are a plus . Skills and Competencies Ability to independently diagnose and resolve system malfunctions . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication skills , both verbal and written. Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols .
