• Security Service Technician Minimum 2 years of commercial access and security installation experience with solid tenures.

Solid understanding of access control, cameras, computers, and security alarm systems with strong troubleshooting skills. Experienced utilizing blueprints and wiring schematics. Very organized and detailed with strong documentation and communication skills. Prefer experience with multiple panel models/manufacturers. High degree of computer literacy with an aptitude and interest in embracing new technologies Industry and manufacturer’s certifications a definite plus. Drug testing, background check, and a clean driving record required. Key Functions

• Security Service Technician Coordinate scheduling with Service Manager and customer service.

Perform service calls, inspections, and service projects for our commercial clients within the greater Nashville area. Serve as an effective liaison and communicator between departments including Project Managers, IT, Service Manager, and Technicians. Accurately document all work performed and update system diagrams for accuracy and completeness. Process job tickets for completed work and maintain them for projects scheduled for installation. Schedule is 7/7:30

• 4:30/5 pm M-F with guaranteed 40 hours weekly, voluntary overtime available. 5 Week On-Call Rotation with Guaranteed Bonus Pay. Rewards
