In this role, you will provide installation, maintenance, and support services for various security systems, including fire alarms, cameras, access control systems, and burglar alarms. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including fire alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and burglar alarms. Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and technical support for security systems. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on installed security systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Document installations, service calls, and maintenance activities accurately in the company’s ticketing system. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to security systems. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation or servicing of security systems (fire alarms, cameras, access control, burglar alarms). Experience in IT help desk support or network troubleshooting is a significant plus. Proven ability to manage service calls independently, focusing on quickly adapting to internal procedures. Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of security system components and functionality. Experience with the following security systems is a plus: Resideo, Bosch, Honeywell Resideo, Sonitrol, LenelS2, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, Potter, Milestone, and Wave. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to clients and team members. Valid driver’s license is required, as the technician will drive a company vehicle within a 100-mile radius of Nashville and Clarksville. Occasional travel is expected. Why Join Us?
