Lead Low Voltage Technician Tek Systems is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Technician to support the rebuild of their Nashville office. This technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing low voltage systems such as Fire Alarms, Access Control Systems, CCTV, Nurse Calls, and Intercoms. The ideal candidate will exemplify integrity, dedication to results, team inspiration, and commitment to exceptional customer service. ???? Primary Responsibilities Program, start-up, troubleshoot, and commission new system installations. Perform basic point-to-point troubleshooting across various systems. Communicate clearly with project lead and clients on project updates. Assist with installations under direction to ensure success. Identify and report system issues to the project lead. Review contracts/designs for accuracy before installations. Conduct inspections to ensure systems meet code requirements. Complete detailed project reports. Respond to emergency service calls. Maintain strong written and oral communication with clients. Apply attention to detail for timely and cost-effective solutions. Work shifts may vary based on project assignments. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Must attend regularly and be available in-person during business hours.
