Job Duties Perform high-quality repairs on collision-damaged vehicles, including disassembly, bodywork, and reassembly Repair or replace damaged parts using industry-standard tools, techniques, and manufacturer specifications Ensure all work meets Eagle Collision’s standards for safety, accuracy, and finish quality Collaborate with estimators and other technicians to ensure timely, efficient workflow Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician in a collision repair environment Excellent knowledge of automotive, electrical and other systems and their components Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Very good communication skills Problem-solving ability Manual dexterity and physical stamina Valid driver’s license We are a well-known and very busy shop so work ethic, efficiency, punctuality and attitude are all a must Valid certification (e.g I-CAR) is preferred
