Summary As an Automotive Detailer at Carl’s Equipment, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and value of our vehicles. Located in a dynamic environment, this position is essential for maintaining our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. Pay based off experience. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure they meet company standards. Perform buffing and polishing to enhance the vehicle’s appearance. Apply touch-ups and protective coatings as needed. Wash cars using appropriate techniques and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle detailing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Assist with other tasks around shop as required. Requirements Proven experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with automotive cleaning products and techniques is a plus.
