As a Body Shop Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring vehicles, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

Job Description:
Vehicle Repair:

Perform various repairs on damaged vehicles, including but not limited to frame repairs, panel replacements, and welding.

Diagnostic Skills:

Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and assess damages accurately, ensuring a thorough understanding of the repair requirements.

Collision Repair:

Address and repair collision damages, aligning with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Paint Preparation:

Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces, ensuring a smooth and clean foundation for the paint application.

Color Matching:

Assist in color matching processes to ensure that the paint used matches the vehicle’s original color or a specified color code.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections of completed repairs to guarantee the highest quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other technicians, preppers, and painters to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects. Adherence to

Safety Guidelines:

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Documentation:

Record and document all repairs performed, including parts used and any special instructions.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening. Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to auto body repair. Ability to interpret and follow repair manuals and specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
