Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Teardown/Reassembly Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential in preparing vehicles for repair and ensuring they are reassembled with the highest standards of safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Disassemble damaged vehicles thoroughly and efficiently for proper repair analysis Carefully label and store all vehicle parts and hardware Assist estimators by identifying all visible and hidden damage Reassemble vehicles after repair, ensuring proper alignment and function of all components Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with technicians, painters, and parts staff to ensure timely workflow

Qualifications:

Prior experience in auto body teardown/reassembly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to learn and grow in the collision repair industry
