Full Job Description Duties:

• Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards
• Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify all necessary repairs
• Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates to customers and insurance companies
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any concerns
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs
• Review final repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Previous experience in automotive estimating preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, insurance companies, and team members
• working estimating knowledge, with CCC One is a plus
