Automotive Body work and paint Dolphin Auto Grant, FL 32949 We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician and Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knee eye for detail, passion for automotive craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results to clients. Key Responsibilities are but not limited to Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods. Perform structural and non structural repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement and frame work. Replace or repair damaged parts such as hoods, bumpers, fenders etc. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer, industry and shop standards. Maintain accurate records of repair, time and parts used. Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces Mix and apply paint to match original colors and finishes inspect paint surfaces for quality and make necessary touch ups Maintain painting equipment, booth, and work environment.

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license 3-5+ years experience Proficiency with auto body repair tools and painting equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with color matching, and computerized color matching. Experience with classic car restoration.
