Gelcoat Tech •Fiberglass• Paradigm Boats Cape Canaveral, FL 32920 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Gelcoater to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety while working with various materials and tools. Responsibilities Spray Gelcoat onto molds reaching specified thickness. Lay up fiberglass materials according to specifications and design requirements. Utilize power tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling fiberglass components. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in training new employees on proper laminating techniques and safety practices.
