This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Essential Functions:
Expertise in Paintless Dent Repair required Perform full teardown on vehicles for proper estimating Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received Prepare vehicles for body repair work Notify management of any additional repairs needed Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards Keeps into account of previous and newly released factory technical bulletins Perform other duties as requested
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or related experience required Valid ASE certification preferred
Job Requirements:
