Body Repair & Collision Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mechanical and structural issues in vehicles and equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Body Repair Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality repairs. Duties Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment, providing accurate assessments of needed repairs. Perform welding tasks, including sheet metal work, to repair or fabricate components as necessary. Execute auto painting tasks using airless paint spraying techniques to restore vehicle aesthetics. Utilize hand tools and soldering techniques for precision repairs and assembly. Assist in auto restoration projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Handle heavy lifting as required during the repair process. Experience Proven experience in welding, sheet metal work, and auto painting is preferred. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is a plus. Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience using hand tools and soldering equipment effectively. Previous involvement in auto restoration projects will be considered an advantage. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the repair process.
