The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas. Auto body technician/ detailer usually transitions well in this area. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry. Experience with color matching is preferred. These are full-time positions with overtime likely.
