Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parts Receiving Associate to join our team. As a Parts Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Auto Body Shop. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming and returned parts, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and inputting notes into the computer.
Duties:
- Receive and unload incoming parts from vendors
- Inspect parts for damages or discrepancies
- Sort and organize received parts in designated storage areas
- Update inventory records using our management system (ProfitNet)
- Prepare and package not needed or damaged parts for return
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure parts are being distributed to correct technicion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience with Auto Body shop or vehicle parts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer skills for data entry tasks This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
