As part of our fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for carefully disassembling vehicles to prepare them for repairs and ensuring a smooth workflow for the body and paint technicians. If you have experience working in body shops, pay attention to detail, and love cars, this is your opportunity to grow with one of Miami’s hottest collision centers! Key Duties and Responsibilities Perform full disassembly of damaged vehicles in preparation for repairs. Document and label all parts, hardware, and fasteners during teardown. Identify hidden damage and report findings to estimators. Maintain an organized workspace with proper part storage. Assist with light reassembly after repair if needed. Perform light mechanical tasks (e.g., bumper removal, radiator support removal, light suspension parts). Communicate clearly with the production manager and team on vehicle status. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional environment. Requirements 1+ years of experience in an auto body shop or collision repair environment preferred. Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of vehicle components. Must be able to lift, move, and handle car parts safely. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of vehicle structure and collision damage. Own basic tools preferred (specialty tools provided if necessary). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
