Auto Body Estimator/ Collision Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Auto Body Estimator/ Collision Keystaff, Inc. Lake Worth, FL 33460 KeyStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Auto Estimator with General Management Experience to join our client’s team and run the Auto Body Shop . This position is located in Lake Worth FL and you must commute to the worksite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and provide comprehensive estimates for repairs. Also, strong management or great experience has a General Manager who can run all the positions in the Auto Body Shop if necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach to ensure client satisfaction while maximizing service opportunities.

Important Responsibilities for this position:

Write Repair Estimates to Brokers, DRP, Customer Pay and Towed-in Vehicles Handle Insurance Estimates and Supplements. Order Parts (Including searching different sources). Audit & Closed RO’s Assist the technicians with supplements, labor times, internet/troubleshooting, etc. Emailing final bills Assist with Quality Control, ensuring that products and services meet set quality standards. Assist in returning parts. Keep an eye on expenses & assist in cost cutting ideas. In addition to this position the shop has the following office duties: Production Manager with Estimating Experience. Customer Service/Receptionist. Accounting/Bookkeeping person. General Manager who can fill-in any position, also handles all the outside fleet/commercial accounts. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales, management, service writing, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance practices. Familiarity with tire service operations is a plus. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service. Experience in upselling automotive services or products is advantageous but not required.
