RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and internalize Earl Stewart Toyota’s customer experience policy: The Earl Stewart Code Perform work specified on the repair order/estimate with efficiency and superior craftsmanship following manufacturer’s recommendations Test-drive vehicles Communicate directly with the manager/writer so that customers can be informed if any additional repairs are needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
REQUIREMENTS
Strong automotive background Strong teamwork skills Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Must have clean & valid driver’s license
