Experienced Body Technician/Painter Paint N Go Inc., Wesley Chapel, FL Join Our Growing Team! Paint N Go Inc. is a family-owned auto body repair shop seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician/Painter to join our team. We offer a positive work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Remove damaged bumpers or fenders of vehicles and replace them with new or aftermarket parts. Hammer out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage. Mask off for painting. Mix and apply filler resins to repair dents when other methods are not feasible. Sand,bodywork, prime, mix color, paint and clearcoat Disassemble, reassemble, and repair auto body damage. Utilize approved repair methods and replacement guidelines. Collaborate effectively with fellow employees. Maintain a clean and organized work area at location. Drive work vehicle to each job site. Make sure work vehicle is maintained.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Consistent work history with reliable transportation and attendance. Proven experience in auto body repair. Can demonstrate the complete repair process properly. Practical knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and guidelines. Self-motivated and a team player. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Skill in using various tools and techniques for removing dents, applying filler resins, and replacing damaged sections of vehicles. I-CAR certifications preferred.

Requirements:

Must pass a thorough background check and drug test.
