What You’ll Be Doing Performing professional-grade body work on big rigs—including prep, paint, welding, fiberglass, and frame repair Taking ownership of each job —from assessing damage to executing repairs with little oversight Keeping quality front and center— we don’t cut corners , and neither do you Working with a supportive team that respects your skills and your time Using shop-supplied, state-of-the-art tools and equipment to get the job done right What We’re Looking For Strong experience in heavy-duty body repair and refinishing Proven skills in painting, prepping, welding, fiberglass , and frame correction A self-sufficient, motivated mindset —we’re looking for someone who can jump in and get to work Confidence working independently and making smart decisions on the fly Pride in quality work and a serious eye for detail What We Offer $25 to $35/HR , based on experience and skillset Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan A tight-knit, family-owned culture—you’ll never be just another employee Top-of-the-line shop equipment , clean workspaces, and steady workflow Boot reimbursement and other perks for the people who go above and beyond Schedule Monday
