The Auto Body Technician will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including bodywork, painting, and detailing. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various repair tasks. Conduct auto restoration projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Assemble vehicle components as needed during the repair process. Weld metal parts together to restore structural integrity of vehicles. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and determine repair needs. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide accurate auto estimating for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to auto body work. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair vehicle issues. Experience in auto restoration projects is preferred but not required. Familiarity with dealership standards for quality repairs is a plus. Ability to detail vehicles meticulously after repairs are completed. Competence in welding techniques for metal repairs.
