What We’re Looking For:
1 year of experience as a Fiberglass Technician Ability to operate a forklift (required) Skilled in fiberglass part fabrication and repair Ability to accurately mix and apply resins and catalysts Skilled in using brushes, rollers, pneumatic tools, and tape measures Comfortable working in confined spaces Tool-building experience strongly preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly What You’ll Do as a
Fiberglass Technician:
Assist Senior Technicians with repair and modification of tanks and components Create fiberglass reinforced parts to specification Polish, clean, and prepare molds for fiberglass application Perform gel coat, wood, and structural repairs Spray or hand-lay chopped fiberglass and resin into molds Inspect templates, dies, cutouts, and finished products for quality and accuracy Trim, smooth, and finish fiberglass parts using specialized tools Maintain a clean and organized work area, including care of equipment Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure quality repair standards
