Auto Body Painter Peach Auto Painting and Collision 5745 Old National Highway, Atlanta, GA 30349 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for issues, repairing vehicles, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including collision damage, dents, and scratches. Utilize various power tools and hand tools to complete repairs efficiently. Conduct vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance post-repair. Restore vehicles to their original condition by applying techniques such as buffing and painting. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in auto body repair and restoration Proficiency in auto painting techniques, including airless paint spraying and buffing Skilled in using hand and power tools for vehicle maintenance and detailing Experience in customer service and auto estimating and dealership environments is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the role
