Role:

We’re reconditioning 50+ cars per week in-house and looking for skilled body techs to join our high-speed operation. No insurance work, no customer drama — just steady volume and fast pay. ⸻ ????

What You’ll Do:

• Bumper replacements, dent repair, filler, sanding, priming
• Prep for paint (masking, cleaning, sanding)
• Light panel replacement or panel alignment
• Work on dealer-owned inventory only (no customer upsells) ⸻ ????

Pay:

Flat Rate:

$22-$28/hour ()

Bonus:

Up to $400/week for volume

Weekly Pay:

$1,200-$2,000+ depending on speed ⸻ ✅
