Auto Body Technician/Painter Specialty Auto Service Augusta, GA Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, and auto painting. If you have a passion for working with your hands, possess minor mechanical knowledge, and can perform simple tasks like wet-sanding and buffing out scratches, minor body work and spotting in a bumper, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and refinish damaged vehicle bodies
• Perform auto body work including dent repair, panel repair, scratch repair and basic touch ups
• Paint surfaces after performing body repairs
• adapt repairs as needed
• Conduct inspections and ensure all repairs meet our quality standards

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment common in auto body repair
• Experience in auto restoration and painting is a plus
