The ideal candidate will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition or enhance their appearance. You’ll use a variety of tools, techniques, and color-matching systems to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colors using computerized systems or manual techniques.
- Apply paint coatings using spray guns and other equipment in a controlled booth.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and touch up as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and spray booth.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of hazardous materials (e.g., paints, thinners).
- Collaborate with other technicians and estimators to ensure proper workflow and timelines.

Requirements:
