As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring that all work meets industry standards. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and paint refinishing. Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs. Assemble vehicle components as needed during the repair process. Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair or restoration is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with auto-estimating processes is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
