Auto Body Painter Westford Collision Westford, MA 01886 Auto Body Painter –
Full-Time Location:
Massachusetts | Flexible Hours – Two Shifts Available We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our team. The right candidate will be I-CAR certified , possess a paint manufacturer certification , and have their own updated tools . This role requires a team player who follows proper safety procedures, can read OEM repair instructions, and delivers top-quality results with customer satisfaction in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and refinish vehicles to OEM standards Mix and match paint accurately per manufacturer guidelines Apply paint efficiently using proper techniques and safety procedures Read and follow OEM repair and refinishing procedures Communicate effectively with the team and customers when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
I-CAR certification required Paint manufacturer certification required (PPG, BASF, Axalta, etc.) Must have own up-to-date tools Experience in color matching, blending, and panel refinishing Strong understanding of automotive paint safety protocols (e.g., proper PPE use, ventilation) Team-oriented attitude and excellent attention to detail Ability to follow repair procedures and quality standards Good customer service and communication skills
