Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of auto body repair and restoration, including dent removal, panel replacement, framework, and painting.
• Utilize your expertise to assess vehicle damage and develop effective repair plans.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment required for auto body repair.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned repair projects while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and new technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto body repair, with a proven track record of excellence.
• Proficiency in using frame machines and other specialized equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Must have a complete set of auto body tools.
• I-CAR certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
