Paint Protection Film Installer Carmob Detail 61 Endicott Street, Norwood, MA 02062 Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance, along with excellent customer service skills. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and repairs while maintaining a focus on detail and customer satisfaction. Must have experience minimum 3 years. Duties Perform auto body repairs including buffing and painting to restore vehicles to their original condition. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to carry out installations and repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their vehicle needs and repair processes. Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance checks to ensure all systems are functioning properly. Apply mechanical knowledge to issues and recommend solutions for vehicle repairs. Prepare accurate auto estimates for customers based on the required work. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and quality of work. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair, including buffing and auto painting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools proficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on detail-oriented work. Experience in vehicle maintenance and the tasks is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and schematics related to automotive repair. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
