job title: Autobody Office Assistant/ Auto Damage Appraiser/Auto Body Tech/ Auto Detailer / Painter’s Assistant Canterbury Automotive is seeking an Office Assistant , Auto Damage Appraiser as well as Auto Body Technicians to join our team!
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Manage and maintain organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual a plus Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills
Office Assistant Hours:
Monday•Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Auto Damage Appraiser Responsibilities:
Writing original estimates and supplements , negotiating with insurance appraisers, working cohesively with insurance partners.
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts auto damage, appraiser license prior experience with CCC ONE estimating .
Hours:
Monday•Thursdy 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 am to 12pm Auto Body Technician, Auto Detailer, and Painter’s Assistant positions require previous experience
Auto Body Technician, Auto Detailer, and Painter’s Assistant Hours:
