Auto Body Technician Max Curnow Chevrolet Saint Joseph, MO Job Overview:
Max Curnow Collision Center is a newly revamped facility equipped with upgraded tools, advanced repair technology, and a supportive team environment. As part of the Max Curnow automotive family, we’re proud to serve Chillicothe and the surrounding communities with high-quality collision repairs and trusted service. We’re currently seeking an experienced and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our team.
Compensation:
$20-$25 per flag hour, based on experience and ability to meet productivity goals
Responsibilities:
Perform structural and non-structural repairs on a wide range of vehicles Disassemble and reassemble vehicles accurately for repair and painting Repair body panels using appropriate methods and tools Ensure quality control on all repairs before moving to the next phase Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and flag hour expectations Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a body technician in a collision repair setting Ability to meet flat-rate performance targets Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to follow OEM repair procedures Must have own tools Valid driver’s license I-CAR certifications are a plus (training available if needed) If you’re looking to take your career to the next level in a modern shop that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and growth — we’d love to hear from you.
