Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality collision repairs and refinishing work on various makes and models of vehicles. Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle assessments to identify repair needs. Remove and replace damaged parts, panels, and components as necessary. Ensure all repair work meets industry standards and safety regulations. Use modern diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair issues. Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and repair techniques. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Collision Technician. Proficient in collision repair techniques, including frame straightening, welding, and refinishing. Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of automotive repair safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
